We the People of the United States demand justice for the friends and family members of those individuals whom either perished or sustained unimaginable injuries as a direct result of the cowardly, criminal actions of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev on the infamous day of April 15, 2013.
Furthermore, We the People will not tolerate paying for his prolonged incarceration. We demand his trial, conviction, and sentence to take place within the next few months; not years.
