To absorb civilian law-enforcement into a national security enforcement role, to quarterly train/retrain of all security enforcement personnel, to restore public order, to conscript all citizens into obedience roles and public services, to combat and detain all domestic terrorists and all conspiracy show host leaders and followers to labor camps, to utilize all detainees as a national labor force, to sterilize all domestic terrorists, violent repeat felons, and their family names of like value. To acquisition indefinite as U.S. property all siblings from criminal, disobedient, unmanageable and or unintelligible parents and or guardians for higher education for the greater good of all humanity.
