We the people demand that Gun owners receive drug testing prior to the purchase of a firearm and if the firearm is used in a claim of self-defense or if reported stolen or missing. Responsible ownership of firearms should include having a clear mind for decision making therefore firearms should not be used by an individual who is intoxicated.
