The law must be equally applied to every citizen, resident and visitor. If we do not hold these values true then we will have created a double standard one for the common citizen and one for the political class. The mishandling of classified information off a government server is illegal no matter if the individual Ex ( Hillary Clinton) knew its level of classification or not. Every individual who is allowed to handle classified material is briefed on how to handle and identify classified material and maintain OPSEC. In lieu of her being taught how to handle this very sensitive information we the people request that a jury of her peers determine her fate in the court of law.
