We the People Demand an Immediate Intervention of the Dakota Access Pipeline Illegal Activities

Pursuant to the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act of 1990 and the American Indian Religious Freedom Act, We the People request the Executive Branch issue a Cease and Desist Order via Executive Order pending official judiciary action before it is too late to halt the destruction of Native American grave sites, cultural artifacts, and sacred spaces now being intentionally targeted by the Dakota Access Corp. It is apparent this action is specifically being undertaken to provoke violence on the part of the tribes and amounts to a literal test of Brandenburg v. Ohio, 395 U.S. 444
