In Nov 2014, Peter & Shaun were patrolling the stairwells of Pink House. Peter’s gun discharged when opening the door to the stairwell. A bullet ricocheted off the wall & killed Mr. Gurley. Based on the testimony & evidence, Peter was too shocked to offer CPR, but called for help & ambulance.
In Feb 2016, Peter was verdict guilty of 2nd degree manslaughter & official misconduct. NYPD immediately fired Peter, before he decided to appeal.
1st, we the people don’t believe Peter was treated in a justice way. The only reason, for Peter be indicted & convicted as guilty like a criminal, in AN ACCIDENT, is Peter was treated as a scapegoat to ease the tension between black community & white police officers.
2nd, we the people condemn NYPD for firing Peter before it’s final.
