Why did the Obama Administration wait until AFTER Hillary Rodham Clinton LOST the 2016 Presidential Election on November 8th to react to the alleged Russian government hacking of the Democratic Party's system when it was evident a hack had occurred when WikiLeaks started releasing emails in October?
To quote the New York Times article that set fire to this allegation:
"In the months before the election, it was largely documents from Democratic Party systems that were leaked to the public. Intelligence agencies have concluded that the Russians gave the Democrats’ documents to WikiLeaks."
