"We the People" demand to know why sudden "Counter-Terrorism drills" are taking place in cities around the country.

As of the last several weeks, supposed "Counter-Terrorism Drills" have been happening in different cities throughout the country. Most prominent have been the "drills" carried out in LA and Texas. Residents in nearby neighborhoods have said they were not notified about any drills and many were terrified as it sounded like a "warzone" outside their homes as they were firing off blanks during the drills. The army, according to media outlets, has given no details in regards to what the drills are for. We the People demand answers. Many fear these are the beginning signs of Martial Law being enacted. We the People have appointed representatives to speak for us. In return we demand our representatives keep us informed.
