Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Over time the Government has enacted laws to limit the rights of the people to keep and bear arms. The comma separates the Amendment. The second part states: "the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." "We the people" hold that Federal and State laws restricting ownership to be Un-Constitutional by fact that such laws directly infringe (wrongly limit or restrict) on this right. By signatures affixed hereto we demand any additional attempt by the Legislators be denied in whole until either repeal or alteration of the 2nd Amendment be ratified by the states authorizing such laws to be enacted.
