We the People, in order to defend and serve our sacred Union, do resolve to demand the resignation of Barack Hussein Obama from Presidential office under charge of violation of Constitutional law and egregious violations of personal rights and liberties. Prominent violations to be noted against defendant as follows:
1] Failure to abide Constitutional constraints of office.
2] Failure to abide 1st Amendment rights of the People.
3] Failure to abide a transparent government for proper oversight by judicial and legislative parties.
4] Committing military force within a foreign country without Congressional approval.
5] Egregious misuse of federal funds and resources for personal gain.
6] Failure to abide 5th Amendment by unconstitutional provisions of NDAA.
