This petition's aim is to force the government to afford equal rights and protection under the law to its citizens with regard to protecting one's person, family, freedom and property, as originally intended by the founding fathers and guaranteed by the Second Amendment.
Therefore, we demand that the President
1. Repeals any and all legislation aimed at infringing on the rights of law abiding citizens, guaranteed under the Second Amendment.
2. Impeaches those who willfully violate their oath of office with regard to upholding the Constitution of the United States of America.
3. Enacts laws that will deny Concealed Carry Licenses (CCL) and armed guards to any member of government who votes to enact unconstitutional gun control laws.
