1. New firearm designs including the following features;
• Bio metric system (only owner can fire gun)
• RFID chip (guns would be disabled near public buildings)
• Tamper proof security seal
2. Owners should pass a safety course.
3. Owners should have a renewable mental health certificate
4. Credit system for handing in existing firearms
5. Amnesty for handing in illegal firearms (still receiving the credit)
6. Age limitation for owning firearm (25 and over)
