Terms Limits for Senate and Congress benefits.
1 Would not be spending so much time of their term positioning for re-election
2 Our elected officials who we hire to represent us would not gather so much special interest via their donations to position them for re-election.
3 Would be a constant flow of new blood and ideas instead of having a Senator or Congressman serving for 30 years with the same old ideas in play like we have now.
4 We the people also need in place if they are not voting as the Majority of the people they represent such as congress is right now, a way of removing them from office, on the theory would any employer in the private sector keep a employee that refused to do as you his/her employer wished?
