After reviewing the White House's responses to the petitions layed out before it, it has become apparent that our government does not take these petitions seriously.
We demand that the petitions laid out before you are "truly addressed" and not simply responded to. Honestly, how many of the petitions that have reached over 25,000 votes have actually resulted in true change? I believe a White House response "claimed" two.
This is not enough. When reviewing your responses, readers often grow frustrated at the dismissive tone. In general, the responses appear to go something like, "thanks for making your petition...but we're not going to do anything about your petition requests". This is unacceptable and you have single-handedly failed your own people in this regard.
