We the people support a law suit against the president for using unamerican unilateral executive powers to effect his personal beliefs for a higher minimum wage. The issue is not whether that a minimum wage increase should be effected. The suit claim is the unconstitutionality of using executive authority to vote a national domestic private market (non-governmental) economic issue into law without due process, or vote from members of all parties representing all americans. We the people support a democratic process. And if congress cannot resolve this issue, for any reason, we reject the president from unilaterailly choosing what IS the responsibility of congress to perform. Essentially, we the people support this suit in order to force the president to halt his unamerican actions.
