Due to the fact that America no longer has job security to take care of Americans with work for the future, retirement benefits & healthcare, congress and other offices (excluding the Vice President and President of the United States) shall suspend lifetime benefits, the ability to give self-raises, having their own healthcare program until America is back as a world power and self-sufficient.
