WE the People given the vote to raise the pay of elected officals.

the people of the USA cannot tell the where or the whens ,the time the US cogress vote to give themseves a raise in pay . they live better then most of the middle class in the nation .they vote themseves pay raises without the small person never know when they do it .
so for the US congress give the vote to the people ,we then have a voice in our servants pay . those who vote will know when and how much , if we don't feel the congress is doing the job we sent them there to do , we hold the purse strings not the congress . we are the BOSS not them .
