We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

We the people insist President Obama take our votes seriously and remove Cannabis from the Controlled Substance List.

Created by D.F. on September 24, 2016

We are students and young professionals whose issues have been ignored and our votes not taken seriously. We are business owners, workers, and war veterans concerned about medical access to cannabis, the inflation of our prison system, and how prohibition has drained our economy. We are civil rights leaders and activists protesting how cannabis prohibition targets minorities, reducing opportunities for advancement.

We insist the President Order the Atty. General’s Office and Secretary of Health & Human Services to consider the safety of cannabis in comparison to alcohol, and if found to be less dangerous be removed from the Controlled Substances List. We insist cannabis be removed from the Controlled Substance List as opposed to rescheduling so it is regulated the same as alcohol.
