Wellmont health system is wanting to close the doors to our hospital here in lee county Virginia after they have just upgraded the hospital to hold more patients and the next nearest hospital is 30 miles away many lives will be lost if the doors to this hospital closes they are times when every second in an emergency makes the difference between life or death. and there is all the doctors and nurses that are going to be out of work how will they feed their family this county already does not have many jobs available as it is so please help us keep our hospital open we the people of lee county Virginia depend upon this hospital and its doctors
