These mass shootings need to stop and to do that we must have a discussion from both sides that include both the Obama Admin. and the NRA/ Republicans.
Crime is deterred by police presence in our communities and many more factors, but the people that protect us cannot be everywhere. The question is whether my idea is constitutional or not, I'll let "the People" decide.
Is it constitutional to have a gun in a protected machine that may be on a wall or in a office located inside of local, state, and federal buildings that give access to competent and "cleared" people who are in legitimate "fear for their life" in a mass shooting situation?
The deterrent affect alone with the existence of this machine would discourage terrorists or people planning a attack.
