Why…because Obama has abuse it’s use!
Prime, example is that when he used it to impose his will upon the American people – his idea of what our health-care is and/or should be.
The president, should be kept in check by the congress, and/or not to circumvent congress/condition - when ever he wishes.
We must protect our conditional rights and to perverse our rights!
…The President, should not have the power and he must be kept in check with the laws be congress and the people

I feel that this wrong, and that he has taken it one step to far! So, if you agree with this plea, then please take the time to sing it – for all our sakes.
