Make it law that gathering 25 thousand signatures online, or 5 thousand signatures in person, automatically guarantees inclusion on next years ballot, any issue, idea or Petition We the People of the United States want heard. Do not allow one person, like a former police chief allowed to Respond to a signed petition, to silence the voice of over 25 thousand supporters of a cause that he may be biased against.Further, demand an Appeal to Responses be included for further discussion, so that potential voters need not start from scratch with a new petition, year after year.
