We the people need steady gas prices if you won't to sell Americans oil it must be refined and sold for $2.50 a gallon.

We the people deserve and need a set price for fuel. All refineries should be capped on fuel prices the maximum amount should no more than $2.50 a gallon for premium fuel. In the middle of every year congress can televise a fuel budget meeting for reasons why refineries need to raise cost for the coming up year. Then WE THE PEOPLE will vote to approve the needed funding. Fuel trading based on speculation is bad business refineries will slow production to raise fuel cost and up production when it favors there pockets. If the refineries can not make it on a set price then they can sell fuel to another country WE THE PEOPLE should all unite and become one nation that not only defends its rights but also can set limits on a needed product.
