CAMPAIGN FINANCE FUND
One fund to be used by all concerned party's equally. The fund to be financed by Superpacs, wallstreet, banks and We the People via contributions. A minimum $2.00 tax on all individuals who pay taxes. More can be donated by all concerned but it will all go into the Fund to be shared equally. This gives all candidates an equal playing field. So from there out the Best man or woman wins on their own. No other money can be used from any other source and will be closely monitored by a committee. Any violation of the rules set up will be disqualified as a candidate. All candidates shall be disqualified from any promises from any group or companies.
