However, Secretary Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, won the U.S. popular vote with 59.16 million votes nationally, compared to 59 million votes for Trump.
This petition pushes for United States government to effectively enact a rule that could push for another referendum to be held if the vote for the 2016 election of President of the United States.
