We the people petition all government administration levels to enact a ban on temporary work agencies also known as "temp services". These services circumvent a traditional, well -structured way of getting hired for employment. Often times the worker is paid extremely low wages for high risk work such as manufacturing where companies scam temp workers out of pay for benefits such as holidays, vacations, and even healthcare. Without any safeguards companies can essentially create disposable workers with the facade of economic improvement. Additionally, a ban would safeguard employees health and mental health from undue stress, a direct result of lack of flawed business law.
