Police Brutality is on the rise in America. Many times police have lied to protect themselves on Police reports and this can be proven time and time again by watching videos on the internet where Officers have been caught lying and abusing their power and authority.
We the People wish for our Government to Protect it's citizens by enacting a law that gives them FEDERAL protection against states that utilize wire tapping laws to prevent these abuses from being recorded and documented. As public Servants which are paid for by OUR tax dollars, we have a right to record those who WORK FOR US just like any employer who records their work place. This LAW should make it a crime for any OFFICER that tries to circumvent this right through coercion or intimidation especially ABUSE.
