We the people petition Obama administration to have comic Gary Marinoff speak on 30 Rock.

To my fellow Americans my greatest wish is to get a speaking role on 30 Rock.I have played the background stage manager on the show for over five years.I have been on more then 80 shows.Showing up on time and doing my job.To my fellow Americans I feel I can save the show from going off the air.Just give me Gary the greatest character actor of our time a chance..I look like Jimmy Durante.Since NBC come under the rules of the FCC.I feel I can petition the government to speak.I will also give 15% of my pay from speaking to help the homeless since I was one for most of this year.
