Mr. Obama, the State of North Carolina's constitution does not allow the Governor to make law, only execute it. The General Assembly of North Carolina made their decision to stop the City of Charlotte from hurting private businesses by forcing them to provide accommodations for transgender people. It was unnecessary due to the fact that people of whatever gender orientation can still use the bathroom. The state is not discriminating against transgendered peoples, because all people must use the bathroom of birth sex. Please stop Loretta Lynch and please back off of the State.
