This petition is to request that, Charles Philip Rosenberg. Is removed from the D.E.A. Based on the determination. That kratom is a schedule 1 substance. This is clearly an over reach, on behalf of Mr. Rosenberg. Kratom has helped millions of men and women, just as any other natural supplement. This is a direct assault on the natural health industry, And is unacceptable to a free society. From what has been studied, there are more health risks with. Laundry detergent than kratom. It's is not based in science, The D.E.A claimed kratom is an opioid, when in fact it is an alkaloid. This ban serves no purpose. Other than an exercise in power. This is inexcusable. And change must occur!!!
