I believe that people should put white roofs on their houses because black roofs trap heat, raise A.C. bills and cause a "Greenhouse effect" on a smaller scale I believe that white roofs are a intelligent idea because they will reflect heat and light in the summer
Arguably they will raise heating bills but if you have an insulated house you should be perfectly warm in the winter time.
