First of all veterans deserve the best. We owe these men and women this at least. Not only will it provide financial relief to these families and strengthen our armed forces. It will give us a larger recruiting pool allowing us the be more selective in choosing our soldiers. It's time for the military to be incentive based. They are already putting their lives on the line.
