."Charter of Freedom" Act will mandate all elected officials read, comprehend, and pass a written test on the following documents by our Founding Fathers.
1. Declaration of Independence
2. United States Constitution
3. Bill of Rights
This must be done prior to performing oath of office.
Our elected officials must clearly understand the principles the United States of America were founded on.
