We The People request President Obama release all 100 detainees that are cleared for release at Guantanamo Bay.

There are still 166 detainees at the Guantanamo Bay Military Detention Facility.
Nearly 100 of the detainees have been reportedly cleared for release but remain at the facility because of Congressional restrictions and also concerns of possible mistreatment if they are sent back to their home countries.
There are 21 detainees on a hunger strike and they are being punished by being denied water. Concerns of possible mistreatment should include the Human Rights violations occurring at the detention facility.
They are being held because they may have been involved in 9/11 acts of terrorism.
Things have changed, we know who is guilty.
