DACA recipients are hardworking immigrants that were brought to this country, at a young age, by their parents/relatives. A vast majority of them have been in this country for decades; they have attended elementary, middle and high school in the United States. Furthering their education and contributing to this nation's economy has been their priority ever since President Obama passed this executive action. Since then, they have been able to attend college, get jobs, buy houses/properties/cars and pay taxes. President elect, Donald Trump, has repeatedly stated that he plans to end DACA. If this occurs, all of their work and sacrifices would be in vain. Therefore, we kindly request a pardon prior to the Inaguration Day.
