We the people formally request that you impeach Barack Obama for violations to the United States Constitution. These violations include; bypassed the Senate, making claim to what is and is not constitutional(Judicial Branch has this authority), obvious violations of american privacy, violation of american freedoms,
First Amendment violations:
abridging the freedom of speech
infringing on the freedom of the press
interfering with the right to peaceably assemble
prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances
Third Amendment violations:
quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent.
Fourth Amendment violations:
unreasonable searches and seizures, along with requiring any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.
