We The People Require that Congress Repeal The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 for the Reinstatement of the U.S. Treasury

Created by M.C. on February 12, 2013

On December 24th, 1913, Congress ruled to amend the Constitution by adding a 16th Amendment which proposed to act by delegating the U.S. Treasury's power to manage the finances of the U.S. government to a privately owned fractional reserve banking system called The Federal Reserve.

That the 16th Amendment failed to receive 2/3rds vote of Congress necessary for ratification, the authority upon which The Federal Reserve Act feigns to predicate itself upon is subsequently fraudulent since the 16th Amendment is not in effect.

Therefore, We The People, per the self executing sections of the 4th, 5th and 9th Amendments, require that this administration, under penalty of treason, repeal The Federal Reserve Act to restore the power of the U.S. Treasury to regulate the value of U.S. legal tender.
