We propose that Congress apply the Phrase "And Congress nor any body of government nor individual including the President of the United States through Veto shall have power to infringe upon this Right either directly or indirectly under penalty of Treason" To amendments
I thru X and XIII.
The intent is to add the above phrase to the end of each of the above amendments thereby ensuring the perpetuity of our basic rights to our children forever. It is our firm conviction & belief that All true Americans desire the government to be "Of the People, By the People and For the People." And NOT In spite of the people.
Benjamin Franklin stated it quite succinctly:
"Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety.
