In order to hold our representatives accountable We The People must limit their time in Power. The chance's of congress passing any amendment that limits their own power is infinity small. Which is why I Phillip Ark Petruk am starting this petition as the foundation for the One Term Party. To join my party you must Pledge to run for a single term.
