The Legislative Branch appears to many Americans to be self-serving, and either not interested or uncaring about what the People want or need. Appearances of corruption proliferate. Therefore, We the People should be responsible for approving or denying any legislature that directly effects the Legislative Branch. This includes pay raises, benefits, term limits, campaign monies, lobbyists monies, etc. Any such legislature should be brought to the People for a 66% majority vote.
