Ever had a look at some ones petition and they sound like a total uneducated jack ass, however it's still got 4000 votes?
Comments would allow discussion within a topic range which the people whom are voting could elaborate on issues.
Like any forum monitoring would be required.
Would be nice to be able to vote up comments.
