We the People should have the right to vote on the receiving of raises in the House and the Senate.

We the People deserve the right to decide whom and when will receive a raise, with tax dollars, in the House and the Senate.
No one should have a vote as to whether they receive a raise with tax dollars.
The vote should be on the ballots each year.
