We the people of these United States need the proper roads, buildings, bridges, and general infrastructure.

We need a fund and money set aside it improve our crumbling. Our roads need to be improved, our schools need to be brought to the 21st century and improve our economy in the process in a massive project. So in a nut shell we need to create a fund set aside, on the budget and donations to do this. Much like how Super PACS receive money i know we can do this. But we do need billions in order to achieve this and in turn this will create jobs, prevent future problems (sinkholes, pot holes, crumbing high ways ect) . I know we can get this done and will improve everybody lives.
