we people of the united state need change laws to the dangerest dogs and lack of the owners said dogs

to have laws change to help protect children and eldery from being attack from these dangerest dogs . where it that laws today is lacking the grade of level of where in the event of a death of a child or elderly is more serious . thes laws today do not fit it . We asking that these laws would increase by if a death of a child or a elderly person from a dangerest dog that the owner would a higher level of punisment because ther lack in prevent the attacks , where the dogs that known to be dangerest would be allow own only thur permits and that the city would have to check to see if they can be kept without the possibies of getting loose and event of injuring or causing a death of children or the eldlery
