The United States Congress
The Supreme Court of The United States
The US Government shall declare immediately a spending freeze that applies to every federal agency. There will be no exceptions to this freeze. The United States government is bankrupt and We The People want it stopped…and then fixed. This is not negotiable
Furthermore… The US government shall reduce current spending across the board by a minimum of 15% and rid itself of duplicitous agencies. Where a state has a similar agency, the resources of the Federal entity shall be ceded over to the State.
