We, the people of the United States of America, do humbly petition the Lord, King of Heaven & Earth, who alone knows everything and is the judge of all mankind knowing the thoughts and intents of the heart, to hear our plea. We do hereby petition the Obama administration to answer the following questions without guile about the foreign and domestic activities of the United States.
