We the people of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, by reason of constitutional infringement by NSA surveillance and blatant misleading of the people of the United States regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590) do hereby call for the resignation of Barak Obama from his office of the President of the United States of America with reasonable pardon from his replacement upon resignation.
