We The People of the United States request that the Executive branch of the United States Government Vigorously defend the Union. The Union of The United States has come under attack by various groups calling themselves patriots, yet publicly declaring that they do not recognize The United States of America as a government. These Militia groups who have assaulted federal agents in the exercise of enforcement of laws adopted by The People of The United States. As such these groups should be immediately be declared "Unlawful Combatants" as defined under authority of the Military Commissions Act of 2006. They should therefore be disarmed, disbanded by force, and tried for Treason. Anyone aiding and abetting these terrorists must be tried for Treason as well.
