We The People request that "President Obama" be impeached for signing into power many executive mandates that blatantly violate the constitution on which our founding fathers built this country. For example, NDAA 2012 violates many of our constitutional rights and liberties by empowering the government to INDEFINITELY detain any US Citizen WITHOUT probable cause, WITHOUT the right to legal council, WITHOUT the right to know your charges, etc. Instead of every state succeeding from the US, we believe that an entire new government should be elected and put into power. One that sincerely cares about its people and respects the constitutional rights of which each American has earned. We will not stand around and have our rights stripped away from us any longer.
