We the people of the united states demand that the people, bereft of their liberties, their treasury exhausted and their commons in disarray, would neither burden themselves nor chain themselves to such ludicrousness and only those few perverse with power working in collusion would trick, cajole and pressure the people into such circumstances and that the federal government nationally and immediately respond to this notion
